Collection: Summer Honey Raw Palmetto Honey

Saw Palmetto is a unique flavor. Its sweet yet has a very smooth taste. Saw Palmetto honey is  sweet, smoky, slightly citrusy, woody and smooth.

 One of the best things about Saw Palmetto honey is that it is a complimentary honey. It is not an overpowering honey. You can pair it with so many other foods to add flavor and not mask or hide the original flavors of what  you're pairing it with. Thats why Saw Palmetto honey is great for meade, BBQ Sauce, tea, coffee, cheese, crackers, cured meats, oatmeal, biscuits, pork chops (my favorite).  Saw Palmetto is also great for soothing sore throats.

 Saw Palmetto honey is amber in color.  It will eventually crystalize, but not as quick as some of your other honey varieties. A simple slow heat will dissolve it. 

 As always do not feed to children under 12 months. Consult your physician.
